INSTRUCTIONS / DESCRIPTION:

Warm up and relax with a cup of rich and creamy coconut milk latte with matcha green tea.

Matcha tea is loaded with healthy antioxidants, it’s also a great source of L-Theanine, an amino acid which is supposed to promote relaxation.

How to make coconut matcha latte:

For one cup

In a small saucepan, warm the coconut milk over medium heat until mixture is very warm to the touch. Don’t let the cocconut milk boil, just heat it through. When the coconut milk has cooled slightly add a teaspoon of honey.

Mix the Matcha (1/2-1 teaspoon) and  hot water with matcha whisk to form a paste, then add the warm coconut milk.  Using matcha whisk, milk frother, or blender, whip the Matcha paste and coconut milk until well combined and frothy.
